Design & Development
Our engineering team supports the design and development of custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies based on customers’ electrical schematics, equipment layouts, interface requirements, and application conditions.
During the development process, we plan wire routing and branch points, select suitable wires, terminals, connectors, sleeves, and other components, and prepare detailed engineering drawings with dimensions, wire numbers, connection definitions, and technical requirements.
The design process takes into account installation space, electrical performance, assembly feasibility, environmental conditions, and maintenance requirements. Through careful drawing review and component selection, we help ensure that each wire harness is practical for manufacturing, reliable in operation, and consistent with the customer’s application requirements.
From initial concept and drawing review to sample development and production preparation, Shanwei Link provides engineering support throughout the development process.
Customer Visit
International customers visit our wire harness factory to gain a closer understanding of our manufacturing capabilities, production processes, and product quality.
During the factory tour, customers meet with our team on the production floor, review wire harness manufacturing procedures and product details, and discuss key topics such as technical requirements, quality control, production capabilities, and future cooperation.

If you have drawings, please send to us. if no drawings,then please send us photos or sammples and tell us your SPEC. For a wire harness we need to know the connectortype, wine gauge, wire length and wire diagram.

After deposit received, it takes 1-2 weeks for samples,2-4 weeks for small order .3-6weeks for Mass order (depends on quantity and specifications)
